Connect

Since you have decided to entrust your company's website to us, it's our duty to be in contact with you and settle everything that you need. The Project Process starts in connecting with our clients through a meeting. The main purpose is to gain a deep knowledge about your industry, know your goals, and learn your business plan, target market and even your possible competitors. To do this, you will answer our inquiry form and questionnaire. This period is vital in gathering useful information regarding your company. Upon taking the first step, the essential outcome for this is a clear understanding of your objectives and expected deliverables.

Plan

Now that the objectives have been set, and all the details have been listed, it's time to begin the work by researching and collecting innovative ideas to outline an effective strategy. Our web designers will draw a wireframe to identify the values of each element on your website, while the projected pages will be indicated on the sitemap.

To ensure that even the smallest part of the project is clearly established, an extensive requirement gathering will be done again before we proceed to the signing of the proposal. Once you have agreed to the recommended plan, we will move forward to the design of your website. After this, WVH Asia forms a Project Team and will assign a Project Manager for quality control.

Design

And so we're done with the project planning, the next step is adding color and life to the commended wireframe and sitemap. The assigned web designer visualizes the layout and design. The mixing of colors, selection of the right font style and sizes, and creation of logos and graphics for your site will be carefully crafted in this process before we present it to you. We will keep on revising and improving the prototype until the final design model is approved, then we continue to the front-end development of the website.

Develop

The official design is already in hand; the next phase is to develop your site. The creative and technical procedures directly meet and work simultaneously, to generate an actual and functional website.

But of course, a website won't be completed without the information that you want to share to your target market. Our web copywriters will manage the content creation of your site. And at the same time, the database design and back-end construction will be handled by our expert programmers.

Test

The goal-setting, planning, designing and development of your website are finally over,, but the homework is yet to be finished. To determine the proper execution of the first four phases, we will upload the project to a secure test site for beta testing. WVH employs strict Quality Assurance (QA): proof-reading, links, navigation and functions checking. Not allowing mediocrity, we gather a list of all bugs and issues for debugging to ensure excellence of the project you entrusted to us.

Like our web design and web development services, we too engage a thorough testing and QA in our mobile service—from web standards to cross-browser checking and device testing.

We value client's satisfaction. After our testing process, we will hand over the project to you for your own testing and QA. When your standards and requirements methodically meet, client signing follows that serves as an approval for project launching.

Deploy

Accepted, approved, and affirmed— that's the time for final publishing of the project to a live site. The project officially ends when everything sets and deployment completes.
